South Fayette Schedules Three Blood Drives for 2026 | The Locally Times

Vitalant will host donation events on May 1, August 7, and November 6 at the South Fayette Township Municipal Center.

South Fayette Township residents will have three opportunities to donate blood in 2026 through community blood drives hosted by Vitalant. The drives are scheduled for Friday, May 1; Friday, August 7; and Friday, November 6. All events will take place at the South Fayette Township Municipal Center, located at 100 Township Drive, South Fayette PA 15017. An alternate address for the center is 323 Hickory Grade Road. The May 1 drive is scheduled from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The August 7 and November 6 drives will run from 9:30 AM to 2 PM. Residents interested in donating can schedule an appointment by visiting vitalant.org and searching by ZIP code, or by calling 1-877-25VITAL. These blood drives are part of Vitalant's ongoing efforts to maintain a stable blood supply for patients in need. The municipal center has served as a consistent location for these community health events, facilitating resident participation. What to watch: The township's Parks & Recreation department also announced its annual Bunny Hop event, scheduled for Thursday, April 2, at the Original Farmers Market. Registration for this event opens March 12 for residents.
