In addition to the deposit, a 10% buyer's premium, with a minimum of $100, will be added to all winning bids. Nye County's sole purpose for the sale is to recover delinquent taxes, and all sales are final. What to watch: Bidders are encouraged to conduct thorough research on properties before participating.
